How it all started - In early 2022, Michelle told her husband, Chris, she wanted to pull the trigger on buying their first rental property before her 30th birthday. Being the supportive spouse he is, he encouraged her to go full steam ahead. By her 30th, they were closing on their fourth door. So many people told them not to put so much time and money into making rent houses look good, because of the horror stories they’ve heard, but Michelle was convinced there was a better way.

Fast forward a few years, J Ranch Properties proudly offers higher quality rentals that are not just well maintained, but PRETTY, all throughout northeast Louisiana.

Although J Ranch is continuously growing their rental portfolio, Michelle has now added flipping and selling as their new adventure.
